As the weather is getting colder, all children must bring a coat to school. They should also bring an extra fleece/jumper to wear in school as the windows are open. This can be any colour and should stay in school.

We are looking at repeated addition. This is the early stages of multiplication.

Children in year one are only expected to count in 2's, 5's and 10's so these are recommended.


What is Repeated Addition?

Repeated addition is adding equal groups together. It is also known as multiplication. If the same number is repeated then, we can write that in the form of multiplication.
