Trips and Visits

At Cedars Manor School we are passionate about providing our pupils with a range of enrichment opportunities to further support their learning across the curriculum. Throughout the school year, pupils will attend a range of experiences both in school and outside of school.

In order to keep the cost to parents as low as possible, where appropriate, trips that take place outside of school will make use of TfL’s travel scheme and pupils will walk to trips which are within a reasonable distance to the school, (no more than 30 minutes.)

Each academic year there will be at least six enrichment opportunities for each year group:

  • In school FREE (e.g. free workshop)
  • In school FREE (practical activities using the school grounds)
  • In school PAID (e.g. a workshop in the hall)
  • Outside of school, local; FREE (walking or using the TfL scheme)
  • Outside of school, local; FREE (Exploring the local community - walking)
  • Outside of school, PAID (walking / using the TfL scheme / Transport needed)
