As the weather is getting colder, all children must bring a coat to school. They should also bring an extra fleece/jumper to wear in school as the windows are open. This can be any colour and should stay in school.

Dear Parents/ Carers,

we have welcomed back a small number of children into the Reception 'Pods'. The classrooms and the routines are very different , but the children have settled well.

We are full at the moment, but may be able to open another Pod in the future. Please telephone the school office if you would like your child to be put on the waiting list to return.

We are now learning about a famous Artist each week and trying to recreate their style and technique. Information about this can be found in the 'Artist of the week' star. We will be posting examples of the children's work to share.

Please remember to look at the topic flowers on the website. You will find some  practical learning activities for children to take part in, based around our key texts .We have included resources for some of these activities in your packs.

We love to see the work that the children have been doing, so please continue to send photographs on the SHOWBIE or on the class e-mail.

The class e-mail addresses are:   Holly

    Keep safe,

Home learning Advice for the Summer Term 2

Dear Parents and Carers,

We’ve all had to adapt to new ways of working, so we wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for the amazing job you’re doing supporting your child’s wellbeing and learning during this time.

Our teachers are working hard to provide a broad and balanced curriculum both remotely and at school for those children attending. It’s good to see an increasing number of children engaging with the learning and sharing work with their teachers.

As we begin the final half term, we thought we would share the curriculum for this half term and also some advice on helping your child to learn at home. Please continue to encourage your child to engage with the home learning as it is vital to their transition back to school.

Keep safe
